CE-Low Voltage Directive TEST

The Low Voltage Directive (LVD) was published on 29 March 2014 to replace the existing Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC in order to meet the requirements of the NLF (New Legislative Framework).

The purpose of the LVD is to mean that the electrical product, when properly installed, maintained and used in accordance with its intended use, does not endanger human and domestic animal health and safety, or endanger property; While ensuring the functioning of the internal market. The Low Voltage Directive covers all risks arising from the use of electrical equipment, not only electrical, but also mechanical, chemical (especially emissions of hazardous substances), noise and vibration effects on health, ergonomic requirements necessary to prevent the hazards specified in the Directive.
